Former CBS and Discovery executive JIM MCKAIRNES currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Cable Development and Strategic Planning at Paramount Studios. McKairnes has overseen Paramount’s cable unit's expansion into comedy with a concentration on identifying international formats and multi-platform opportunities for the U.S cable marketplace.
