Nathan Kraft

Nathan Kraft is a manager of mobile consumer engagement at Northbrook-based Allstate, the nation’s largest publicly held personal lines insurer. He is responsible for the strategy and implementation of consumer-facing mobile initiatives to drive acquisition and increase retention. In addition to customer self service properties such as m.allstate.com and the AllstateSM Mobile application, Kraft manages a growing portfolio of branded applications and SMS programs.

Prior to joining Allstate, Kraft was the social and emerging media marketing manager at Cars.com and held agency- and client-side marketing positions with Edelman, Nationwide Insurance and Northlich. Kraft earned an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Communications from The Ohio State University.
